Deputy Ricks teaches the program using nationally certified materials and methods known to promote Drug Abuse Resistance through Education. In addition to her D.A.R.E. Instructor duties, Deputy Ricks serves as Town of Waverly Emergency Communications Supervisor.
Corporal Murray and Corporal Johnson are assigned to Sussex County High and Middle Schools. They maintain security for students and staff alike. Their presence alone is a deterrent to potentially serious disciplinary problems. When problems do occur, they are on the scene to diffuse tense situations and to take action to safeguard life, limb, and public property.
