Captain Kevin Diggs coordinates continuing education and training for all personnel with the Crater Criminal Justice Academy and the Department of Criminal Justice Services. This includes training in investigatory methods, forensic science, legislative changes to the Code of Virginia, and prevention and detection of crime.
